What I learned

Redesign of the “send a Sugarwish flow” from the Sugarwish website (gifting platform) so they could have room to expend their product line in different directions, decrease flow abandonment and improve usability was a real challenge for me!

- I've learnt how a redesign process works. We've challenged ourselfs to create a brand new user flow in order to simplify the process and to make a better user experience especially through the mobile version which we expect to be more used in the future.

- I've learnt a lot regarding the e-commerce , psychology of gifting and how the UX design could have a real and mesurable impact on the business.

- At the end I've learnt that even when it is not specifically said, when a design system exsist I do not have to make any changes, even when the colors are not apropriate and could create a confusion for users, as in this case "red" for the buttons.
